Treatment Overview

What is Procell Microchanneling — Body?

Procell Microchanneling for the body brings the same structured growth-factor channeling used on the face to areas below it, priced per zone. A precise stamping device creates thousands of tiny, controlled channels at fixed, provider-selected settings, and the Procell professional growth-factor and cytokine serum flows into those fresh channels. It's the skin-quality choice for the body: crepey-looking skin, hands, decollete, neck, and overall body-skin appearance, meaning texture, dullness, and glow rather than a single targeted scar. In plain terms, the channels prompt the skin's own repair-and-collagen response over the following weeks while giving the serum a fresh surface to absorb into. The serum is what makes Procell distinctive: Procell describes it as growth factors, cytokines, and DNA-repair enzymes in a hyaluronic-acid base, made from bio-engineered sources with no cells, DNA, or blood. As on the face, Pro and MD serum tiers are available, with MD carrying roughly twice the growth factors of Pro; the tier is chosen in consultation. Body skin is thicker than facial skin, so a longer series, often a Series of 6, is realistic. Amber, a licensed esthetician, performs it with a new single-use cartridge every session, and topical PRF is available as an optional add-on, applied on the surface only, never injected. For the appearance of stretch marks or defined scar texture, adjustable-depth body microneedling is usually the better tool; body microchanneling is the overall skin-quality choice. Results develop over weeks to months, and individual outcomes vary; not every client is a candidate.

Your Visit

What should you expect from Procell Microchanneling — Body?

  1. 01 Consult and skin analysis: Amber reviews the target zones, skin history, medications, and candidacy, then confirms body microchanneling is right for the goal.
  2. 02 Select the serum tier: Procell Pro or Procell MD (roughly 2x the growth factors); topical PRF is discussed as an optional add-on.
  3. 03 Prep: the treatment zones are cleansed, with optional dermaplane prep, and a new single-use cartridge is opened for your session.
  4. 04 Channeling: the device stamps the fixed, controlled settings across each zone, suited to thicker body skin.
  5. 05 Serum layer: the selected Procell serum flows into the fresh channels as they're created.
  6. 06 Finish and aftercare: optional LED to calm the skin, then written aftercare and a series cadence, since body skin generally calls for a longer series.
Personalized Candidacy

Who is a candidate for Procell Microchanneling — Body?

Procell Microchanneling for the body suits adults who want to improve overall body-skin quality: the appearance of crepey-looking skin, texture, dullness, and glow on zones like the neck, decollete, hands, and other approved areas, in a structured, controlled protocol. It's the skin-quality choice rather than a targeted correction. If your goal is the appearance of stretch marks or defined scar texture, adjustable-depth body microneedling is usually the better tool. Body skin is thicker, so plan on a longer series. Active infection, cold sores, recent isotretinoin, a keloid history, blood thinners, pregnancy, and certain conditions mean the provider may postpone or adjust; not every client is a candidate, and individual outcomes vary.

Not every client is a candidate for every service. Final treatment combinations and candidacy are confirmed by your licensed provider based on candidacy, contraindications, and local regulations. Outcomes are individual and depend on your skin, candidacy, and consistency.

Common Questions

Which body areas can be treated?

Procell Microchanneling for the body is priced per zone and addresses overall body-skin quality on areas like the neck, decollete, hands, and other approved zones, for the appearance of crepey-looking skin, texture, and dullness. Which zones are treated is confirmed at consultation, and final pricing is set after your skin analysis.

Should I choose body microchanneling or body microneedling?

For overall body-skin quality and glow, such as crepey-looking skin on the neck, decollete, or hands, Procell Microchanneling for the body is the skin-quality choice. For a depth-targeted correction of the appearance of stretch marks or defined scar texture, adjustable-depth body microneedling is usually the better tool. The provider decides the modality per zone at consultation.

Are Pro and MD serum tiers available on the body?

Yes. As on the face, Procell Pro is the professional-grade baseline and Procell MD carries roughly twice the growth factors of Pro for age-related collagen support. The difference is serum concentration and plan, not a stronger machine. Amber selects the tier during your consultation based on your skin and goals.

Why is body work usually a longer series?

Body skin is thicker than facial skin and remodels gradually, so a longer series, often a Series of 6, is realistic to support visible change. Most goals are spaced about four to six weeks apart, then individualized maintenance. Your provider recommends the plan based on your zones and how your skin responds, and individual results vary.

Is the serum or PRF injected into my skin?

No. The Procell serum and any topical PRF are applied on the surface during the channeling, and the fresh channels help them absorb. Microneedling devices are not authorized to deliver products or blood into the skin, and we never describe it that way. Injectable PRF is a separate procedure handled by our RN.

What's the downtime on the body?

Redness, tightness, dryness, and mild flaking are common short-term, and occasional pinpoint bleeding can occur. The window varies with the setting, zone, and your skin, so we give written aftercare rather than a fixed timeline. As on the face, avoid sun, heat, sweat, and active skincare as directed during recovery.
