It runs 12 weeks with in-studio visits every two weeks, plus daily home care in between. That biweekly rhythm exists so Amber can adjust your routine in measured steps as your skin adapts — strengthening it before your skin gets used to it, without pushing so fast it becomes dry or irritated. The program is time-boxed rather than an open-ended standing appointment for exactly this reason.
How long until I might see a difference?
Face Reality's method is designed to show visible improvement in roughly six to eight weeks, with more clearing over three to six months. How much and how fast depends heavily on your acne type and, above all, how consistently you follow the home care. Individual outcomes vary and we don't promise a timeframe.
What actually happens at each biweekly visit?
Typically a double cleanse, an enzyme treatment or acne peel, expert extractions of any ready congestion, and high-frequency and/or LED. Then Amber checks your progress and tweaks your home-care regimen for the next two weeks. Treatments are non-invasive; expect mild tingling from the actives, brief redness, and some sensitivity after extractions.
Will I break out more at the start?
You might. A temporary purge can happen in the first few weeks as faster exfoliation brings congestion that was already forming to the surface sooner.
