Medical Aesthetics Practice · Punta Gorda
Whether you're interested in a specific treatment or want guidance on the right options for your concerns, your consultation lets us evaluate your goals, discuss appropriate treatments, and build a plan — combining more than one treatment when that's the right fit.
525 E Olympia Ave, Unit 9, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 · Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Why schedule a consultation
A consultation is where we evaluate your goals and concerns, walk through the treatments that could address them, and explain how they compare — including who provides the service, what recovery involves, and realistic timing. When more than one treatment is appropriate, we'll discuss how they can work together.
If you already have a treatment in mind, we'll confirm it's a good fit and answer your specific questions. If you only know what you'd like to change, describe the area or bring a photo, and we'll help you narrow the options.
If you know the service name, share it. Photographs and the names or dates of recent procedures can also help when they are relevant.
Ask who performs the service and their licence type, what recovery can involve, and what other reasonable options exist.
The form below asks only for your contact information and a general topic. House of Rose will contact you to arrange a time; personal health details can wait for the conversation at the practice.

The practical questions
No. Share a treatment name if you have one. Otherwise, describe the area and what you would like to change, and what you want to leave alone. A shortlist is welcome; a decision is not required before the visit.
You can describe your concerns, recent procedures, and how much recovery fits your calendar. Ask who performs a service, what recovery may involve, and how the relevant options differ. The purpose is to understand the tradeoffs before making a decision.
House of Rose will contact you using the information you provide. Keep the form general; personal health details can wait for a private conversation with the practice.
Messages received Monday through Friday are typically answered within one business day. For faster help during practice hours, call (941) 400-0165.
