Treatment Overview

What is Procell Microchanneling?

This is the treatment House of Rose is known for — and the one clients come back for. Procell Microchanneling rebuilds your skin from the inside out: firmer, smoother, more even, with the kind of lit-from-within glow that makes people ask what you've been doing. Here's how it earns that. A precision device creates thousands of microscopic channels across the skin, switching on your own collagen-and-renewal response — and in that same pass, those channels let Procell's professional growth-factor serum absorb far deeper than anything laid on top of intact skin ever could. That serum is what makes it distinctly Procell: as of the 2025 reformulation, it's built on recombinant, lab-made growth factors and cytokines — the same proteins your body uses to repair itself, with no cells, blood, or animal tissue. Applied while the channels are open, it drives the visible remodeling you'll watch firm and smooth over the following weeks. You choose your strength. Procell Pro is the professional baseline — the comfortable, predictable choice for first-timers, sensitive skin, and clients under 40 protecting the glow they've got. Procell MD carries roughly double the growth factors for clients 40+ or anyone who wants more correction out of a single visit. Same device, same protocol, same easy in-chair experience — the only difference is how hard the serum works, and our advanced esthetician matches the tier to your skin and goals at consultation. Most clients plan a short series to watch it compound, then settle into maintenance. Microchanneling vs. microneedling — what's the difference? People ask this constantly. Both create controlled micro-channels that switch on your skin's own collagen response, but microchanneling delivers a professional growth-factor and cytokine serum into those fresh channels in the same pass, so you're not only remodeling skin, you're feeding it. That's what makes it our signature skin-quality treatment for smoother texture, refined-looking pores, and a lit-from-within glow. When the goal is deep, targeted scar correction, adjustable-depth microneedling can be the better tool; your consultation confirms which fits your skin. What to expect: most clients see a light, speckled flush that settles within about an hour, with any mild sloughing easing over the next day or two, and the collagen-driven glow building over the following weeks. Serving Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Englewood, North Port, and Venice — walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows, or book ahead to guarantee your time.

Start With What You See

Could Procell Microchanneling be right for your concerns?

This treatment may be considered when one or more of these visible concerns match your goals. A consultation confirms whether the technology, timing, and treatment area are appropriate for you.

Fine Lines & Laxity

Softening lines and firming skin is about two levers: relaxing the movement that creases (neurotoxins) and rebuilding the collagen that holds (microchanneling, PRF, oxygenating facials). Most clients use both, on different schedules.

Acne Scarring

Acne scars respond best to protocols that rebuild collagen where the skin has pitted or thinned. Depending on depth and skin type, we treat scarring with PRF microneedling, advanced BioRePeel combination protocols, or Procell microchanneling — your consultation determines the right path.

Stretch Marks

Stretch marks are scars — and they remodel the same way: controlled stimulation plus your body's own growth factors. Our body protocols pair microchanneling with PRF or induced-peel BioRePeel application, priced per treatment zone.

Hyperpigmentation & Dark Spots

Dark spots, melasma, and post-breakout marks all come down to excess pigment sitting where you do not want it. At House of Rose we lift and even tone with resurfacing and collagen-building protocols: BioRePeel, microneedling with brightening serums, Procell microchanneling, and oxygenating facials, chosen for your skin type and the depth of the pigment. Sun-driven discoloration and hormonal melasma respond to different approaches, so your plan is mapped at consultation.

Aging

As skin ages, it naturally loses collagen and elasticity, leading to fine lines, volume loss, and a duller, uneven texture. Our aging treatments target these visible signs at their source, helping to restore firmness, smooth texture, and revive a healthy, natural glow—so you can feel confident and comfortable in your skin

Personalized Candidacy

Who is a candidate for Procell Microchanneling?

Procell Microchanneling suits clients wanting overall skin-quality improvement — the appearance of texture, fine lines, enlarged-looking pores, dullness, mild unevenness, and glow — through a structured, provider-selected protocol rather than an aggressive one-off. Pro tier suits first-timers, sensitive skin, and under-40 preventative maintenance; MD tier suits clients 40+ or anyone with age-related collagen loss wanting more correction from the same visit. Active skin infection, a current cold-sore outbreak, open or sunburned skin, recent isotretinoin use, a keloid history, certain autoimmune conditions, immune suppression, uncontrolled diabetes, bleeding disorders or anticoagulant use, and pregnancy or breastfeeding need provider review before treatment; not every client is a candidate.

Not every client is a candidate for every service. Final treatment combinations and candidacy are confirmed by your licensed provider based on candidacy, contraindications, and local regulations. Outcomes are individual and depend on your skin, candidacy, and consistency.

Common Questions

What's the difference between Procell Pro and Procell MD?

Both are professional growth-factor and cytokine serums applied during the same Procell Microchanneling treatment. Procell MD carries roughly twice the growth factors of Pro and is the go-to for clients 40+ and age-related collagen support; Pro is the professional-grade baseline for prevention and maintenance, often chosen under 40 or for a first visit. Amber selects the tier at consultation.

Is Procell MD “better” than Pro?

Not universally — it's a higher concentration, not a stronger machine or a different procedure. Pro is the right tool for prevention and maintenance; MD is the right tool for more age-related correction. The best tier depends on your skin, goals, and candidacy.

Is Procell a stem-cell treatment?

No. As of the manufacturer's April 2025 reformulation, Procell's serums use recombinant, lab-produced growth factors — proteins identical to those in the body, made without human or animal tissue, with no cells, DNA, or blood in the serum. We describe it accurately as a professional growth-factor and cytokine serum, never as stem-cell therapy.

Are the growth factors injected into my skin?

No. The serum is applied topically during the microchanneling protocol, and the channels help it absorb at the surface. Microneedling devices are not authorized to deliver products or blood into the skin, and we never describe it that way.

How many sessions will I need?

Most corrective goals are planned as a series of three to six visits, about four to six weeks apart, then individualized maintenance. Your plan depends on your concern, skin history, and how your skin responds. Individual results vary.

What's the downtime?

Redness, tightness, dryness, and mild flaking are common short-term; the exact window varies with depth, area, and your skin. You'll get written aftercare — we don't promise a fixed timeline.

Can Procell help with sun spots and uneven tone?

The current formula includes DNA-repair enzymes selected to address the visible signs of sun exposure, so it may help with the appearance of sun spots and uneven tone over a series. It's designed to support skin appearance, not to reverse sun damage, and results vary.

Should I buy the Procell aftercare products?

The matched at-home line (Cellular Renewal Serum and Healing Accelerator, in Pro and MD strengths) is designed to support your skin through the days after channeling and help extend your results. Match the aftercare tier to your treatment tier; the Trial Set is an easy first step.

Can I get Procell on my body, not just my face?

Yes — Procell Microchanneling for the body treats areas like the neck, décolletage, hands, and crepey-looking skin, priced per zone. Body skin is thicker, so a longer series is often realistic.

Is microchanneling the same as microneedling?

They're closely related — both create controlled micro-channels to trigger your skin's own collagen renewal. Microchanneling adds a professional growth-factor and cytokine serum delivered into the channels during treatment, making it a skin-quality-focused choice. For deep, targeted scar correction, adjustable-depth microneedling may suit you better, and your consultation confirms the right fit.

Is microchanneling safe for all skin tones?

Generally, yes. Because it works through controlled micro-channels rather than heat or light, microchanneling is considered appropriate for all skin tones. Your provider reviews your skin, history, and candidacy before treatment.

Do you offer microchanneling near Port Charlotte and North Port?

Yes. House of Rose is in Punta Gorda and serves Port Charlotte, Englewood, North Port, Venice, and the wider Charlotte County and Southwest Florida area. Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows.
