What is Lash Tint?
A Lash Tint is a quick 20-minute treatment that adds semi-permanent color to your natural lashes, deepening and defining them so your eyes look more awake without a swipe of mascara. It is the low-effort, wake-up-ready option: a professional dye is applied to the lashes, darkening pale, fine, or light-tipped lashes so they read fuller and more defined — especially transformative for blond, red, or gray lashes and lash tips that usually disappear. Aundrea starts by cleansing the lashes and carefully protecting the skin around the eyes with under-eye shields, then applies the tint with your eyes closed and lets it develop before gently removing it. You keep your eyes closed and relaxed throughout — it is comfortable and the color is visible immediately. There is no downtime; you walk out with darker, more defined lashes right away. A tint typically lasts a few weeks as your lashes naturally cycle and shed, so many clients refresh it roughly monthly. Honest limits: a tint changes lash color only — it does not add curl, length, or lift, so lashes look darker but keep their natural shape. If you want lift and curl as well, the Lash Lift or the combined Lash Lift + Tint is the better choice. A patch test may be recommended, especially for sensitive eyes or first-timers; your provider confirms suitability, and individual results vary.
How long does a lash tint last?
Typically a few weeks, fading gradually as your lashes naturally cycle and shed. Many clients refresh it roughly once a month to keep the definition. Individual results vary.
Does it add length or curl?
No — a tint only darkens and defines your natural lashes; it does not add curl or length. For lift and curl, choose a Lash Lift, or combine both with the Lash Lift + Tint.
Is it safe around my eyes, and will it hurt?
It is comfortable — your eyes stay closed and the skin is protected with shields throughout. For sensitive eyes or first-timers a patch test may be recommended ahead of time; let your provider know of any sensitivities so suitability can be confirmed.
Can I wear mascara afterward?
Yes, though many clients find they no longer need it day to day. Right after the tint it is best to keep the lashes clean and dry for a short window — your provider will give you simple aftercare guidance.
