Treatment Overview

What is Glo2Facial?

When you need to walk out glowing — plump, bright, genuinely lit up — with zero downtime and zero recovery, this is the facial. The Glo2Facial by Geneo does in one relaxing hour what usually takes three treatments: it resurfaces, floods your skin with active nutrients, and switches on your skin's own oxygen supply from within. Amber glides the Geneo handpiece across your skin with a single-use OxyPod matched to your goals. As it meets its paired gel it fizzes into a blanket of tiny CO₂ bubbles — that soft, effervescent tingle — which buffs away dull surface cells, opens the way for the pod's actives to sink in, and signals your own blood to release more oxygen right where it's treated (the Bohr effect — nothing injected, nothing sprayed on). A lymphatic-style massage finishes the visit, so you leave calm, plumped, and radiant. No peeling, no forced redness, no downtime — which is exactly why it's the glow clients book one to three days before a wedding, reunion, or shoot. This is your glow-and-hydration reset. For deeper texture, scarring, or laxity, needling is the tool that reshapes — and the Glo2Facial pairs with it beautifully. Come in for the glow on its own, or make it the finishing polish on your treatment plan.

Start With What You See

Could Glo2Facial be right for your concerns?

This treatment may be considered when one or more of these visible concerns match your goals. A consultation confirms whether the technology, timing, and treatment area are appropriate for you.

Your Visit

What should you expect from Glo2Facial?

  1. 01 Cleanse and skin analysis — Amber reviews your goals, skin type, and any recent treatments, then selects the OxyPod and gel matched to your skin.
  2. 02 Oxfoliation pass — the handpiece with the single-use pod glides over the skin; you feel a light effervescent tingle and warmth as the CO₂ bubbles form. This is the three-in-one core: exfoliate, infuse, oxygenate.
  3. 03 Infusion and mask step — actives are worked in and a soothing or hydrating layer supports the glow.
  4. 04 Lymphatic-style facial massage — a relaxing massage de-puffs and calms for a luminous, even finish.
  5. 05 SPF and send-off — sunscreen is applied and Amber gives you take-home guidance.
Personalized Candidacy

Who is a candidate for Glo2Facial?

It's ideal for anyone wanting an immediate, luminous glow with zero recovery — the classic event facial before a wedding, reunion, or photoshoot — and for first-timers and sensitive skin easing into advanced care, since there's no aggressive suction and no required acids. Dull, dry, tired, or dehydrated skin responds especially well. If your real goal is structural change — acne-scar texture, deeper lines, or stretch marks — microchanneling or microneedling is the better tool, and your provider may recommend starting there or pairing the two. Final candidacy and pod selection are confirmed at consultation.

Not every client is a candidate for every service. Final treatment combinations and candidacy are confirmed by your licensed provider based on candidacy, contraindications, and local regulations. Outcomes are individual and depend on your skin, candidacy, and consistency.

Common Questions

How does the oxygenation actually work?

As the single-use pod reacts with its gel it releases a layer of CO₂ bubbles at the skin's surface. That local rise in CO₂ prompts your own blood to release more oxygen into the treated skin — the Bohr effect. Nothing is injected; it's your skin oxygenating itself.

Is there any downtime?

Typically none. There's no peeling or forced redness, so most clients return to their day right away and can wear makeup. That's exactly why it's a favorite before events.

Does it hurt?

No. Most clients feel a light effervescent tingle and gentle warmth during the pass, followed by a relaxing facial massage. Comfort is a hallmark of the treatment.

How is it different from a regular facial or hydrodermabrasion?

A basic hydrating facial cleanses and exfoliates; the Glo2Facial adds the CO₂ oxygenation step and active-pod infusion for extra brightness. Hydrodermabrasion (in our basic-facial lane with Brandy) is a lovely everyday option, while the Glo2Facial is the advanced glow and our gateway into corrective care.

How often should I get one?

It's wonderful as a one-off or a monthly glow. For visible texture and tone change, many clients do a series of three to six sessions about four to six weeks apart, then move to maintenance. Your provider tailors the plan to your skin.

Can it be added onto microneedling or microchanneling?

Yes — the Glo2Facial Finish layers the oxygenating, infusing, calming step onto a needling session, so you leave glowing and soothed rather than only flushed. It's one of our signature combinations.
